Can you help me pick out a subscription that’s right for me?

What currency am I charged in?

All charges on BRIXINIT.com are processed in US Dollars. If you want to check the current exchange rate for your currency and the US Dollar, we recommend using xe.com for the live and current exchange rates.

 

I need more bricks! Can I get a weekly subscription?

Possibly. If we continue to get these requests like this and other suggestions of what you would like to see in a box, let us know!

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Sorry to see you go! You can cancel your subscription at anytime via your online membership account for your subscription.

When logged into your members account, you will click the section entitled "Manage Subscription." Within that section, you will see the Cancel Subscription option under “Manage”. Follow the remaining prompts to complete the cancellation process. This will unsubscribe you from your account. Please note: Your account will reflect a pending status through the end of your subscription period. On the date currently shown as your next renewal date, the subscription will reflect the fully canceled status. You will be sent any remaining crates per your most recent renewal but will not be charged again moving forward. You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation via email shortly after completing the cancellation process.

If your account is currently past due, the cancellation button will not be available for use. Please contact our support team by emailing help@brixinit.com and they can assist with your cancellation request.

What if I need to change my order?

Any changes you need to make to your order, shipping address, or account can be done from your account profile page.

 

Have a party or event and interested in placing a bigger order?

To purchase BRIXINIT gift cards or boxes in multiples (quantities greater than five), please email us first, we’ll be happy to help.

 

When are BRIXINIT boxes sent out?

Your BRIXINIT box is sent out once each month and we anticipate all boxes being delivered between the 20-30th of each month if you order before the 19th at 12pm EST.

Please note that there is always a chance this could take a bit longer for reasons out of our control. Especially for International members, it shouldn’t take longer than 12-14 business days to arrive from when your order is shipped.

 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the U.S., and military APO/DPO/FPO addresses. We also offer international shipping to customers in Canada.

 

If you are in another country please let us know, the more people who sign up, the more likely will deliver to your country. Let us know!

 

Where is my order?

In a plane, on a train or in a truck. All orders include full tracking with delivery confirmation.

 

Are there additional international shipping costs?

Please note that all customs and duty fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in your purchase.

I’m missing an item? What is your return policy?

In the rare event your box comes damaged or is missing, please contact us and we'd be happy to resolve your request. Validity of a damaged item will be at the discretion of the support team. We ask for a photo of your item(s). Damage to packaging does not qualify for a replacement. Any issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your shipment notification and allow up to 2 weeks for your replacement to ship once confirmed by the support team. Once it is processed, you will receive an email with new tracking information.

As a mystery style subscription we do not offer returns. We're confident you will love the variety and find ways to use the elements in your creations. If you have any questions about the contents of your subscription, please contact us as soon as possible at help@brixinit.com. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
